  3. Place the hearing aid in a well-padded shipping box, to protect it from shipping damage. Enclose a note, with your address and a description of the problem.

  5. Our experts will repair the aids and send them back to you, sounding like when they were brand new.

All repairs come with a 6 month warranty, which you can extend to one year.

Many hearing aids can be fixed by replacing the microphone and reciever, meaning repair is quick and cost effective. If a repair requires that we order special parts it will be in addition to stated prices, however, we will always get your authorization before proceeding with any repair that requires extra charges.
