Ion earmold tubes fit snug and comfortable in my ears. Ion is the smallest open ear hearing aid I've yet tried. Fast technology... I love it! Warranty

All Sonic Innovations hearing aids come with a one year factory warranty starting from the date of purchase. Labor and parts are covered by this limited warranty. Accessory items such as batteries, disposable soft shells, tubing, earmolds, and cables are not covered under this limited warranty.

In addition, within the first twelve months from the original purchase, in the event of the loss of the hearing aid or damage to the hearing aid not covered by the limited warranty section, Sonic Innovations will at the purchaser's option and upon request of a notarized statement attesting to the loss, replace the hearing aid for a cost of $250.00. This option may only be exercised by the original retail purchaser and only one time for each hearing aid purchased.

Added to this comprehensive Sonic Innovations factory warranty is Advanced Hearing's 45 day money back period starting on the day we overnight your Hearing Aids to you. If, for any reason, you decide to return the undamaged Hearing Aids to us during the money back period we will return the total price of the Hearing Aids. We do not return the shipping fee.
