Warranty

All Siemens hearing aids come with a two year Siemens Factory warranty that covers all parts and Labor. In addition, the warranty also covers loss or damage to the Hearing aid one time per aid for the whole two year period. There is a $300.00 deductible fee when utilizing the loss/damage coverage to have your Siemens hearing aid replaced. There are no fees when having your hearing aid repaired under warranty during the two year warranty period. Extended warranties are available and do include loss/damage if you have not filed a prior claim.

Added to this comprehensive Siemens factory warranty is Advanced Hearing's 45 day money back period starting on the day we overnight your Hearing Aids to you. If, for any reason, you decide to return the undamaged Hearing Aids to us during the money back period we will return the total price of the Hearing Aids. We do not return the shipping fee.
